  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Roll into balls and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Pour in fresh cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Gently stir in the penne pasta and meatballs. Mix everything together with a spatula.
  5. Add seasoning according to your preference. Cheese can be added for extra richness.
  6. Garnish with parsley.
