A creamy and delicious cheesecake perfect for any occasion.


  • For the crust:
    • 150 grams crushed biscuits
    • 100 grams melted butter
  • For the filling:
    • 1 kilogram natural yogurt
    • 200 grams sugar
    • 45 grams flour
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 4 eggs
    • 150 grams dulce de leche


  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the yogurt, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  8. Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
  9. Let the cheesecake cool completely before cutting.


  • For a richer cheesecake, add 1/2 cup of sour cream to the filling mixture.
  • You can also add 1/4 cup of chopped nuts or dried fruit to the filling mixture.
  • For a special touch, decorate the cheesecake with chocolate sauce or dulce de leche.
