- For the crust:
- 150 grams crushed biscuits
- 100 grams melted butter
- For the filling:
- 1 kilogram natural yogurt
- 200 grams sugar
- 45 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 150 grams dulce de leche
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, beat the yogurt, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
- Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before cutting.
